Back to Basics Theory

by Albena A. Jones

What is Back to Basics?

We live in a constantly changing world where human identity and interactions are vanishing, technological advancement is overpowering humanity on all levels, and only those who adapt will survive.

During COVID-19, we watched the world financial markets go through the most devastating crash, and the Global Economy plunged into the worst recession since World War II. We all suffered and lost, and that is when I realised we need to switch into survival adaptation mode to overcome setbacks.

I experimented and implemented unorthodox changes that ensured future survival and success; in fact, it was nothing new. On the contrary, the pandemic taught us a lesson to follow the laws of nature by going Back to Basics. After transforming my own company, Albena International, into a so-called hybrid vehicle (a multi-purpose company offering diverse services and solutions), I developed the Back to Basics theory, which I have been sharing with global audiences to help navigate challenges.

The main principles are:

Adapt to change in order to survive

Awaken our human survival instinct to work together

It’s not time for competition, but for cooperation

In order to receive, you have to give

CO-OPERATION = SUCCESS

We must return to the virtues of the past: Co-operation = Success

Human evolution is proof that man survived through the centuries by evolving and adapting, but currently we are on the wrong path; blindfolded by digitalisation, we are not walking toward success but towards our doom.”

Albena A. Jones

To awaken our human survival instincts to work together and adapt to change in order to survive. The principles can be implemented in 2 ways:

  • Back to Basics for Business
  • Back to Basics for Life

Together we can prevail.
